Eric has over 20 years’ experience working in Asia and Europe for corporations and private equity funds, including Zwilling, Zumtobel, Gentherm and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts.
In the early 1990’s Eric completed his military career as officer of a Rapid-Response-Platoon in Germany’s armed forces and joined the pioneering team positioning Zwilling in China. This was followed by the development and execution of a turnaround for Zumtobels Asia Electronic Division. Here he assisted the board at IPO by raising $500 Mio. In 2012 Eric was contracted with Gentherm Automotive, USA formulating the scope for an electronic division and within nine months set up a full scale automotive manufacturing site in Asia.
Eric speaks four languages and has degrees Law, Business from the Hochschule Furtwangen University in Germany and a MBA from Southeastern Louisiana University, USA.
Eric in contrast to his co-founder is operations focused. Having spent much of his career within turnaround space, he has extensive experience that spans a wide range of market sectors, making him an invaluable asset to clients.

Amongst running the daily operations my focus is that One Point Zero is at the forefront of technology and operates as a centre of excellence for our customers and employees. Working in the turnaround and restructuring space I had ample opportunity to work across many industries.
This experience enables me today to quickly understand the needs of our customers, create alternatives and new approaches that lead to growth and innovations during the exchange with our clients and project teams.
I simply love the variety of markets, customers and products. Each new project provides a new insight, each customer shares ideas and experiences. I very much enjoy the constant influx of new ideas and people in what we do.
Donald and I started exchanging our experiences. Soon we started realizing that combined we had a unique insight into business and technology. We both saw an opportunity to create not only a company but with it a vehicle to realize our ideas, work with amazing people and above all enjoy a laugh throughout our working days.
