Project Overview

Ipsum WiSensor is aimed at the wine makers, cellar masters and oenologists.

It is composed of a set of sensors that provide digital reading, via a mobile app, of the physical and chemical characteristics of the wine during the fermentation process. The data obtained by the sensors are: real time temperature, density, volume inside the fermentation tank, pressure and percentage of occupancy of the tanks.

Ipsum provides its users the ability to start automating the data collection on all their production sites and provides identification and digital tractability of the origin of each production batch.
